Targus is a hot mess. Zero redeeming qualities as a poster, so far as I can tell, other than he now admits to copypasta as his M.O. I still thought the "STUMP" line was hilarious, though. I think I've probably posted that a few times over the years, though. PapaGizzle ... I don't get that insult, but it brings a smile to my face for some reason. I prefer PapaGee, though, because that implies a 'gee whiz' ingnorance to the name.
All I'm going to say is that I'm glad that Targus is not a Blazer fan and is no longer in law enforcement. PapaGee? Can I call you GagaPee instead?
As would you though. Constantly berating mods who have a thankless job. We could easily have a message board with tons of trolls running around and suddenly we would start losing good posters and the board would cease up. I've seen it plenty of times with other boards I frequent. Its not hard to identify a troll on a message board. Zero constructive conversation and constant grating of other members. For as annoying as you've been over the years, I've never once called you a troll. Other things, but a troll no.
OKC is going to get HCA... and we have a good chance at it too... we wouldn't meet in the first round. The rest of those, though, I understand.

It's not a job. It's a volunteer position. Some do it very well. Others don't have the temperament for it. SlyPokerDog is the best mod on this site since Minstrel. It can't be easy for him, but he has the perfect board personality for it. Others? Well, can you imagine you or me as mods? I can't. I think it would be much the same as it is now with a highly emotional poster who is given a lot of leeway as a mod.
And yet, you still get into fights with Sly and you got into arguments with Minstrel. You don't get to Monday morning QB this shit. You are probably the most emotional person on this forum. It's always extremely apparent that something is going on in your life because you meltdown and start trying to fight with anyone that will push back. You think it's fair that you take out your personal problems on the people of this forum?
I just find it hilarious that this is being made about me, when Sly was the one who warned him and Sly was literally in the process of suspending him when I did it. It's about me though.
This is exactly what I'm talking about. You lack the skin to be a moderator on a site like this. I can't imagine why you're hanging on to it, considering how bad your are at it in terms of letting your emotions rule your actions, and how it's such an easy target against you on this board. What is going on in your life that makes you need to have pillow fights with posters on this board, to the point you ban or suspend them?
I know you're being facetious, but it's really the opposite. People respect you, Sly, because you have whatever magic mix it takes to moderate this very active and very emotional board. Your mod counterpart NateBishop3 seems to add the the drama more often than not, and then bring up things from the past when the present reality smacks him in the face. I've been on message boards for almost 20 years. I've never seen a more immature, or a more vindictive, moderator than I've found on this board.
