I don't know who our current mail man is, to be honest. We live at the very end of a private street, and our mailbox is one of those cluster box units. Maybe one day I'll see him or her, but it's been a year, and I've not seen him or her. The mail "man" when I was little and living in SE Portland was a foxy brunette lady (Angela). None have ever compared to her since (mostly because they were all old men).
Ours seems to change from week to week. I've seen a woman and I've seen an old Asian guy. Never any hot chicks though. Some guys get all the luck.
