    Has anyone checked it out?

    I've tried...it's just not good.

Haven't really felt the need to. Jimmy Fallon is kicking ass on the Tonight show!

I watched the first showing on Hulu. Was very forgettable and not funny. I usually watch Conan but wanted give Seth Meyers a chance. It will get better over time. You can tell he was uncomfortable and show flow was off a bit. He was depending on prompter way to much.

I thought Fallon was pretty bad at first. I'll give him some time to settle in.

That said, Craigy Ferg will always be my favorite.

Even from the promos I could tell Seth Meyers was not going to be good.

Jimmy Fallon is suprisingly really good... his monologues are usually poor, but he has some of the best bits. Although, Conan will ALWAYS win on the "remotes" he does. Conan is first for me.

I've seen it both nights. I think it's ok. I remember watching Fallon on his first night on Late Night, and I thought "wow, he is really bad at this" now, he is funny as heck. I say give it some time.

More interaction with Armisen would be awesome though

Fallon is way better than Leno has been the last two decades.

Conan used to be funny, now I find him annoying

    Yeah same here.

For me right now it goes

    Ferguson > Fallon > Conan > Kimmel > Meyers

If you remember Letterman used to crush remotes but he doesn't really leave the studio now that he's in his late 60s. Letterman also used to send people with earpieces (especially Rupert) and have them repeat what he told them which made for some really hilarious segments. Conan's remotes are very much inspired by Letterman's although sometimes Conan can get caught up directing all of the traffic towards himself.

I think Ferguson is the most charming. I find Fallon to be a bit fawning and childlike. I never really see Kimmel so I don't have an opinion on him. I didn't like Meyers on SNL so I doubt I'll be following his show.

The hate on Leno is funny - he was #1 for how long.

Anything is better than Conan though - I am not a fan. He was okay in late night, but he never struck me as talented enough for the prime 11:30 slot. I expect Fallon will do fine, as it seems like he has a pretty big fan base in the 35-and-under group. I actually like Kimmel's humor better than most of the other options, and he has more balls (he isn't scared to piss off celebs). I haven't watched the late-night since Leno left and was replaced by Conan. I usually watch movies or crime TV late at night (Investigation Discovery), but I'll watch Chelsea Handler or The Soup on occasion.

Leno also had the oldest audience (median age of 58). Unsurprisingly Leno's audience dropped significantly in the last decade (by about a third). Sheer numbers aren't really what stations are going for though--unless for bragging rights. Advertisers want young people. Under 35 is a high target demographic. I think Conan is the only late night host with a median age below 40.

Not a Conan fan. At all. Wasn't a huge fan before the huge fiasco, but he the way he still cries about it is annoying. I just want to tell him to get over it, and that he wasn't good enough for the slot. And it shows in his current performance.

Not a huge Fallon fan, but I do like him. I think he'll do well, and I suspect he has a huge following under 40.

Last nights show was actually the best of the bunch, so far.

I used to like Conan, but just can't get myself to watch it anymore. I agree about Ferguson's show.

It'll take him some time to build an audience.

Yeah, it'll take some time for Fallon to build a following, but I could see Kimmel being the guy that ends up in #1 for a while.
