I am driving down to Philly for the game, so let's hope they get a win. Won't be easy based on Philly's performance against SJ, but still a very winnable game if Hank is sharp. Bodies flying everywhere. Last person I expect to make a hit like that on the boards is stepan. Might be a good game to wake kreider up as he's been real quiet lately. This is the kind of game we drafted McIlreith eventually for and not fowler. Flyers targeting Mcdonagh at every opportunity and nobody coming to his defense on rangers.
Rarely ever see anybody on this team go to anybody's defense. Aside from Carcillo, not sure they have that type of player. Carcillo is not afraid to get in anyones face, but is he really that type of player? When I think of players I would want to have my back in stressful situations on the ice, Nick Fotiu comes to mind. Who do they have on that bench that is the most like Nick?
Jam, agree 100%. Thats where i differ with the fowler lovers. Big Mac needs to be up here sooner than later and I don't care if he never scores a goal.
