The problem SC is to me Statsny is pretty much Richards.

They are both 60-65 pt centers IMO and as a UFA Statsny will get Richards money

Dropping Richards for Statnsy is more of the same IMO

Kesler is interesting because he is only 29 and I think has more upside. Even if he gives you Richards production he plays with an edge and will give you physical play Statnsy or Richards wont

Stastny is better than Richards imo, plus youd have a lesser term contract. Even if you used him as a #2 its an upgrade over Stepan.

I agree that over the next 5 years Statsny will give you more than Richards but I really don't think Statsny will give more than Richards now. Look at their stats the past 4-5 years, they are very very similar.

This is the type of game where its painfully obvious you cannot give Callahan the type of money he wants

Speaking of big mac in hartford 4-2 win tonight he had a goal on 2 shots was plus 2 and had a fight. The goal was actually a pretty goal as he took a cross ice pass from a teammate came in on the goalie and after a couple of nice dekes put it by him. No reason at this point he can't come up right now and take moor's place and add a little toughness to this group and get some experience on the fly. At any rate doesn't look that far away thank god

With the cross check Nash took behind the net, if they had some physical players, those kinds of hits would be greatly reduced.

Make sure you keep missing that net Cally. Maybe he's confused with his contract negotiations. Maybe he thinks MISSING open nets and NOT scoring goals means you're supposed to get paid more.

After hitting the post, instead of clearing the puck, the Bruins brought it down the ice while the Rangers were going for a change ... How the hell can any team be that blind?

    They weren't even paying attention

What a triple dose of shit: demoralizing loss to dick flyers, loss as usual to the more physical bruins and Captain Delusional sounding like we're going to pay him his ransom money for wearing the C.

This team is definitely built for the playoffs. A one and done playoff run that is.
