Yeah and the bs call on Damian.

The officials somewhat dictated the outcome of this game and the only way Portland was going to pull it out was to MAN UP, PLAY D AND EXTEND THEMSELVES. They didn't. They didn't make shots or get the calls. They lose the game.

So officiating is the reason we got down 30, gave up over 100 once again and lost?

I woulda rather lost by 30. The only thing worse than a blowout is coming back from said blowout only to lose the game. Arguably the biggest heartbreaker of the season.

I think officiating played a part but I also think if they were playing championship caliber defense and offense, the smaller market team could have over came it.

That and the whole single thought of flipping the switch off and on needs to go with this team.

    Just play.

So much this. I can get over losing by 30 quicker.

On that note, I'm already over this loss. lol.

I feel differently. I'm glad we made it close. Gives us confidence that we can come back in those situations. Much better than getting blown out.

But we have no confidence because the season's over.

Stick with a stance, Fox News.

I have found the best way to get over a loss is to start drinking after the game not before. A glass of whisky later and i'm thinking of what to cook instead of how bad LA's pass was with 17s left.

The Blazers were garbage early, made an incredible comeback, deserved to win, then the refs made damn sure they couldn't. A couple of late Blazers miscues provided all the cover the refs needed.

Welcome to the NBA. Where shit happens.

Did you actually read what you quoted? He said "If they played defense and offense, they would have overcame it" meaning that was a bigger reason than the officials...

The officials sucked, but no one should be saying that's why we lost the game. And that's what OLTL said.

LA was fouled twice if not three times in the final two minutes. Had that been someone playing in a larger market, it would have been a foul call.

So had it been a foul call on both possessions. What would have that done to that outcome?

I found one way (that my liver loves) to do it is to realize that I have no control over the situation... it sucks, but meh.

    :)

Gotta admit the Blazers dug themselves a massive hole AND NBA refs are the worst in the world.

It's really Scott Foster. I don't know if I've seen a ref be as obviously manipulative of a game than that guy...
