He probably went for backup in case you decided to spit on the sidewalk or were packing an overdue library book.

You think I made that up. It happened just like that, between those two posts, except the laughing part.

But I couldn't hear what was going on in his car, so how do I know, maybe he was.

Maybe he was laughing at a liquor-only store that closes at 8 pm every Saturday night.

Ha. Lets put it this way, there was one post somewhere in this thread where I said we'd win, and it was when we were 30 down. No idea when, 'cause I said it 4-5 times. haha. Better?

I am hot tonight, and I have an idea for how Denny can make more money. Denny, you should give a prize, like a fluffy stuffed animal at a carnival, when a poster wins an argument. This would incentivize the board like a Libertarian economic stimulus, and colorize my bedroom too in a wonderful furry pink.

Who does have a good feeling about tonight's game? But over the years, these are the type of games the Blazers have surprised us and won . . . when nobody thought they had a chance. Remember Dec of 2009? Oden goes down for good, then Pryz blows out his knee at Dallas just weeks later. Same game, Roy hurt his shoulder. We had to go to SA, where we hadn't won in years with J. Howard and J. bayless in our starting line up. That's a loss, right? Bayless goes for career high 31, Juwan goes 12/12, and somehow we won. Could be a game like that 2nite.

If so, we'll reward the hero who wins us the game by kicking him out of town at the end of the season.

that was a great road trip, Aldridge, Roy, Oden, outlaw, Blake, Joel, Rudy, Batum, PMills, and Pendergraph were all out and we still won 3 of the 4 games on the trip including that awesome game against SA.

The miracle of Juwan Howard continued past that road trip.

If no one else will get down on his knees and say it, then I will: Thank you, Juwan.
