    Oatmeal is fucking disgusting. Why would you eat something that looks pre digested?

    Cinnamon Life is one of the best. Fruit Loops were 20 years ago, don't think they are good now.

    But this thread sucks as I'm on a super low carb diet. Dang, being fat sucks boys and girls. Don't let it get out of control because needing to lose 100lbs is daunting as all get out.

    If you've never been to Bobs Red Mill out in Milwaukie it's worth it. A real grain mill where the people who run the place really take pride in their work and product. Also, you can find milled grains you've never heard of, and new preparations of ones you have heard of.
