yes. game was still winnable, but it came down to poor execution by our starters in the final 3 1/2 minutes. sure, there were bad calls but there were some poor offensive and defensive covers. most notable was the one where harden drove the baseline, it was so fucking telegraphed, i thought he was going to tomahawk it.

Total points scored in the series:
    Houston 574
    Portland 571

If NBA played aggregate like soccer, we'd be losing this series right now.

Blazers.... what happened! Why did you let us down? YOU CANT LOSE!! THIS IS OUR SERIES!! DO YOU UNDERSTAND!
All you have to do is WIN ONE MORE GAME! That's all. You can blow the next series. Go Ahead! But if we win this series, it
will mean WE DEFIED EXPECTATIONS! That's all that matters. Doing you're job just a little bit better than people think you're
capable of. IT's THE AMERICAN WAY DAM_ IT! You DON'T HATE AMERICAN DO YOU! Do you ......

They were in control tonight. And have been through the entire series. they had a chance to win tonight. They just didn't get it done. They'll do it on Friday an may be dominant doing it.

I felt the game was over when LAM went out with those 2 phantom fouls and Houston went on a tear. I knew we'd catch up but also felt it's take so much out of us that we'd have no gas left to finish the game.

Take away that obvious goaltending call, and we win.

I wasn't feeling that game at all. Don't know how i feel about the next one, but i hope they blow them out (not likely since none of the games have been like that).

I know what you mean..I knew we were fucked when Harden flopped to the floor after being touched by air, and We$$ got tagged with a foul..

I know the Blazers did not have their best game, but had the refs called it the same on both ends of the floor, I think the outcome would have been different. I have seen it argued that there were make up calls, but what needs to be taken into account is when the phantom fouls are called...almost every time the blazers would start to take control, some fuck ball would blow his whistle, and suddenly we are four more points behind from where we were..

I don't get the bitching. Houston is a better team with a better bench. I am happy Portland has a chance to close this out at home. I still don't think they will, but I would have never guessed they would be up 3-2 in this series

I think, so long as the Blazers come at Houston hungry and more aggressive we should be just fine. I want to see Wes bark and snarl at Harden whenever he touches the ball. If he could just foam at the mouth too that'd be great. Pre-game I'd love to get into their head...put the whole team in zip-ups (blazer red of course, not county orange) with some T-'s and setup some weight stations all over our half of the court...just prison yard stare em down while getting ripped. Finally get T-rob like 20 jerseys and every time he stands up to cheer or come into the game he just hulk-rages and rips on off. Dedicate an entire assistance coach to the purpose of keeping a shirt on the man.
