Technically yes, but the national platform no. There would be some sort of excuse that we were able to make it to the wcf. If we beat the spurs, no doubt we deserve it.

I guess you missed the part where I clearly said put Matthews or Batum on Leonard.

Idk how you come back with Leonard posting Lillard assuming you read my entire post.

Magnifier- Aldridge doesn't pass well out of the post? Huh? How did we get all those open threes all year?

Didn't say he doesn't pass well out of the post. I said out from extreme double pressure. He's getting better, but this year was the year teams are really doubling him hard.

Spurs - A bounce away from winning it all last year.
Spurs - Best record in the league this year
    Spurs - 4 time champions

Please, please let it be the Mavs.

    Spurs - another year older
Spurs - a team that we have dominated in the last few years
Spurs - no answer for Damian Lillard or LaMarcus Aldridge

Please, please let it be the Spurs.

I agree with you. Passing of the torch maybe? Kinda like Utah passed it to us.

I think people are afraid of the Spurs' legend and not the actual team.

The team is old man... Duncan is seriously no match for Aldridge. It's not even close. Pop is a damn good coach, but coaching won't help you against this team. I honestly think we are the spurs kyptonite

If Dame had a good series against the Rockets, he's going to go full HAM against San Antonio. Did you see the numbers I posted?

Yep... Seriously I'm a little worried about playing Dallas. I think it would be another Houston series all over again.

Mavs. So we can have HCA in the 2nd round.

It would. I think Monta would give us fits, and you know Dirk is always a huge pain in the ass for us. I hate that team.

Yep, basically dirk can negate Aldridge and monta is speed racer. Lillard doesn't do well against those types of guards and he's way too fast for Matthews and or batum.

I see our first game with us being flat bro. We could lose home court the very first game. At least if we lose game 1 to sas, we have another game to get home court. If we lose game one to Dallas, the momentum swings heavily in Dallas's favor

People keep talking about HCA but honestly this team doesn't play that well at home. We lost to Dallas on our floor this season.

For many reasons I want the Spurs. However, the bottom line for me is that we match up well against them, and if we beat them EVERYONE including Blazer fans, the media, and the world will know we are indeed title contenders.

It's all about mindset. Hopefully they are ready for it wherever it will happen.

The Blazers play better being the underdogs. I want nothing but tough opponents throughout the playoffs.

I think we can beat anyone, but I really think we match up well with San Antonio.

With that said, we seem to be exercising demons so maybe we should play Dallas? It's too bad Phoenix isn't in the playoffs because we could go for the trifecta!
