Play to what ability? What are you expecting from players at this age? Folks including some GMs need to stop judging players based on the PED era. Go back to the 80s when this is clearly the age when guys would fall off a cliff production wise. It's called your career coming to an end.
...I wasn't the one who lamely brought up PEDS...that would be messiah...maybe he could attend your class.
...uhhh, like I said, with the exception of Beltran and Soriano who are not producing right now, the others are.
Right and HGH according to studies has also been known to promote resistance to injuries. So therefore it would be logical to suggest that a rash of injuries could be attributed to the fact that these guys aren't talking the damn drugs anymore.
...LMAO...yeah, that's gotta be the reason. ...but according to your earlier logic, because Cervelli is younger he should be much less prone to injury...right?
Wow....poof, my head just exploded. Lol! I'm just going to agree to disagree because that logic proves to me you just want to rationalize these feelings independent of facts..
Why couldn't it be the reason when you see rashes of injuries in the post PED era or what you have to believe is at least a much reduced PED era? Guys were just taking HGH to recover from injuries or to also be more resistant?
...because that would assume that EVERYONE was doing it. And only the ones who did and then suddenly stopped were the ONLY ones getting injured. And I'm sure you can't really believe that is the case. ...I just don't see the conspiracy theory here.
I don't know Ron...the wheels are falling off tonight. Good lord its like YBlue hacked into this board.
My assumption is that a large percentage were doing something. Sure I can believe some guys stayed away from it but I started to have doubts about guys I believed in. Tex is one of those if you were to ask me honestly.
