    From year 1 to year 2, he has improved quite a bit.

    He has earned another year. If we can get an assistant to focus on D, keeping Terry will be a pretty easy decision

    And btw, if I see any more suggestions of retreads like George Karl or Lionel Hollins, I'm going to freak the fuck out. These fools are out of NBA jobs for a reason.

    Don't want Karl but would love Hollins as lead assistant with almost head coach money.

    And they are only out of the NBA due to not wanting a assistant job at this point. Stotts would have been a fool out the NBA as well if he didn't go back to being an assistant for a spell. Stotts is a retread, not that I have a problem with them like you seem to.
