I really don't understand why these idiots think they're helping the cause. The whole point is to convince people that there are law-abiding gun owners who are not a threat to society. So they think they're going to accomplish this by walking around in public with their AR-15? They're just making gun owners look worse. Every other day there's another story from somewhere in America where some whackjob opens fire on the public. Well, this puts fear into the minds of many, and then when these dbags enter Chilies looking ready to fight the Vietnam Cong, everyone in the restaurant fears that a massacre is about to happen. Best way to keep it legal is to treat the Right as something to respect and show responsibility over.

Interesting. Not sure when this video came out, but his little bit about taking a gun into Home Depot was a little funny, considering what happened in the Las Vegas Walmart. Not saying that a bunch of open carry people would have helped, but it goes to show you that yes you can encounter 'armed resistance' virtually anywhere at anytime due to the ever increasing mental cases w/ weapons (Knives, Guns, etc) that continually multiply in our cities.

I don't mind so much that people open carry, but I think the Assault Rifle is a bit over the top. IMO, I'd rather be prepared than unprepared in the case of an active shooter somewhere. I also know about firearm laws and teach the family about them so these people do not concern (or scare) me. Look on the bright side, at least you can see their rifles outright.

The founder distrusted standing army. Their view was that every able bodied adult male (yes, they were chauvinists) would be armed and trained to defend the republic. A well regulated militia means having training, discipline, a command structure. Not a bunch of assholes waving their external penises at fast food restaurants.

Want to hunt? Fine. Most hunters are responsible. Want to target shoot? Groovy. But if I'm in a public place and see an armed assault gang I'm getting the hell out while the getting is good.
