    I think his point is that you emphasize the negative aspects of the team when they lose, and that your criticism is geometrically proportional to the length of the losing streak.

    That said, those averages are brutal.

    This team doesn't just lose they embarrass themselves at the plate in doing so. Let me update Beltran to .217, McCann .220 and Johnson .219.

    Better than the 683 in 2013, but a far cry from the 790 in 2012.
