Re: NBA trade rumors I don't think the Jazz are as high on Favors as a few of our posters are. This is the last year of his contract and I bet they dump him instead of over paying him. I can see them trading Favors to move up, and reducing their cap space and then absorbing Asik's contract.......(and maybe Lin's too) Then they would have a Turkish front line of Asik and Kantner

Re: NBA trade rumors I think if you have a strong offensive rebounder you are nullifying one of he or Robinson's skills when they play together OR clogging the lanes so guys like Dame can't drive. Don't you want one big who pulls defenders out? If he plays next to a great rebounder like Robinson what's the problem? On defense he boxes out adequately and Wes, Nic, and Barton are good rebounders for their positions.

Re: NBA trade rumors Fez already edited his post to remove that error. Why would any team want Favors at that price for a late lottery pick? He's a very limited player.
Re: NBA trade rumors Now that you mention it I do remember that from last fall. I was looking in Hoopshype and they did not reflect it. Well in that case if the rumors are true then they really must be disappointed if they already want to get rid of him. Maybe he and Kanter don't mesh well on the floor.

Re: NBA trade rumors Alex Kennedy: Jameer Nelson may be an unrestricted FA this summer. Only $2 mil of his $8 mil salary for next year is guaranteed. Rebuilding Magic may cut.
