Just an idiotic post really. You have no clue what Olshey is doing to say he's sitting on his hands and because a few people, very few, say the 5 are untouchable, you're going to run with that as if it's the front office's belief also. OMG! There's not 50 rumors about us per day, it obviously means we're doing nothing! so stupid.
Market and the fact Houston is trying to position itself for one of those two guys and is making no secret of it.
Or so you think. Who knows what olshey has up his sleeve. You think national media will report on Portland unless they have to? One thing olshey has shown is if he wants something he goes all out, no matter how slim the chance.
I'll say this much. Portland has a better chance selling lebron on coming here than they did acquiring hibbert away from Indy.
funny thing, i dont remember hearing any tyson chandler to dallas rumors until it just happened. rumors are fun, dont get me wrong, but theres a lot of things that never see the light of day
Yes they do. You want me to make a list of why Portland is a legit destination? Everyone knew Indy would match hibbert. If lebron wanted to go to Portland, he would go to Portland
im thinking dallas is going after melo or lebron hard THIS offseason. they arent waiting around for next year. monta dirk and chandler is almost enticing.
Houston may acquire one of them. They won't get both. And I kinda of think if LeBron leaves it will be back to his hometown.
The heat are a sinking ship why would lebron go back? Everyone keeps saying oh well it's the east he can make the finals every year. So what? Is the goal to make the finals or to actually win in the finals? Miami ain't beating any of the top 4-5 western conf teams next year with a broke down wade. If winning rings is really all he cares about he will leave Miami. He's shown before he's willing to leave money on the table to play with players he wants to play with.
Dude, the current regime doesn't seem to have any leaks source wise, and were there any rumors of the Dallas deal before it happened? Just because there aren't any rumors doesn't mean they aren't trying to do anything.
The Golden State Warriors may be interested in trading for Chandler Parsons if the Houston Rockets need to create cap space by attaching Jeremy Lin. Lin first played in the NBA with the Warriors. Parsons will be a restricted free agent and the Rockets would like to re-sign him, but they are also interested in acquiring Carmelo Anthony and/or LeBron James. The Warriors have a $9.8 million traded player exception.
