    FA signings, yes. Not RFA signings. Yes, it can be rescinded. But what reason does Parsons have to allow it to be rescinded? He has to agree to that as well. And what happens if he says ok, get rid of the offer, let's work a S&T, and then Carmelo says oh, Dallas, I wanna go there actually, and then Parsons is left holding his dick, going back to Houston for 12 instead of15.

    It won't become "official" until the 72-hour grace period for Houston expires. It's official in that Dallas can't rescind it without Parsons being willing as well.
