Yeah. Honestly, I know they want to add a third star, but they might as well just keep Wiggins and develop Bennett. I don't think Aldridge would be a good third star for them, and Love would just stand outside and chuck threes.
7-5, 360 Sim Bhullar of the Kings is in now. Lumbering, not nimble. 7-3, 260 Walter Tavares of the Hawks is playing now on the other channel. I'll check that. In the 3-game pre-playoff schedule, they will not meet. Maybe in the playoffs.
NBA-TV decided that fans are watching to see some jackass interviewed for 30 minutes. The game is on a mini-screen with the jackass on most of the screen. The dick who's supposed to be telling us the plays is interviewing. Sim Bhullar's in but I'm getting nothing from this so I'll switch to the Tavares game.
Aldridge and/or Love would be great. Both would play the Bosh role perfectly to LeBron's LeBron and Kyrie's DWade.
I don't know if LA would be a good third option because I think he would tend to float. It's actually better when you force him to be the #1 because it makes him get involved. If he was out there with Kyrie and LeBron, I think he would defer. I could see him averaging 14 and 7.
Tavares sure is different from Bhullar. Tavares knows how to play. Bhullar plays like Meyers Leonard. Tavares is black. Bhullar is white (from India). Tavares starts? Bhullar is a novelty. But Bhullar, husky but not Shaq-proportioned, has a great-looking body and a team will try to develop him. Back to watching Tavares. The stupid long, long interview lost me on the Bhullar game.
Will Cherry, who is also a Big Sky PG from Oakland and was on Lillard's AAU team through high school, went 21/7/4 today for the Cavs. I'm guessing Lillard was at the game, since he is in Las Vegas.
Agreed - he's awesome. But don't envy the Bucks: taking Jabari Parker over Dante Exum is a repeat of taking Glenn Robinson over Jason Kidd.
Stats in Vegas so far. Kings of redemption: Otto Porter and Anthony Bennett. Stuck in the mud: Ben McLemore
