I've seen a few people express frustration over Robinson's play. I just want to compare his numbers.

    2013- 10.4 points on 37.7% shooting, 12.8 rebounds, 1.2 assists, 1.2 blocks, 1 steal, 3 TO, and 4.4 personal fouls.

    2014 - 16.5 points on 55% shooting, 9.5 rebounds, 1 steal, 1 block, .5 assists, 4 turnovers, 5.5 fouls.

The 2013 numbers are over 5 games, so these numbers will most likely change a bit. We have one more game on Tuesday, and then I think there's the playoffs.

His points and shooting percentage are way up. His rebounding is down. I guess we'll see where his turnovers and fouls end up after it's all said and done. It's worse right now.

I don't really care about his stats but at the very least I've noticed he's a bit less out of control. Still has some "WTF" moments but if he keeps cutting down on those he will be a solid rotation player in the NBA for years to come.

I've noticed that he has made an effort to think before he acts. It slows him down a bit, but it cuts down on the really stupid things, like going coast to coast to jack up a mid-range shot.

Nate, I can tell you're excited about the blazers making all these VSL threads today, me too. You're obviously annoyed that the blazers aren't playing today. Porn, maybe? :)

What I'm really trying to say is that 2 games is just not enough.

The NBA off-season, where comparing Summer League stats happens.

No, it's definitely not enough, but I think it shows some of the areas that he has grown. He wasn't much of a scoring threat last year, but this year he has look pretty good offensively so far. It will be interesting to see where his averages sit at the end of summer league.

Definitely impressed with his confidence in his jumper. Seems very nervous at the line, though.

Yeah... he sucked at the line last year too.

Has anyone else noticed T-Rob starting to use LaMarcus' move where he starts on the left block and comes across the lane and either pump-fakes/shoots or hooks it in? I've seen it at least once or twice now.

While the stat's may not clearly show it, I think he's improving. At worst, he's going to be that major spark plug that lights a fire under our ass with a big block or dunk and helps us win a game or two this year. And honestly, behind a Top 3 PF in the game, is there much more you can ask for?

yes we noticed, and it's good news. The bad news is that he's always going right. No turnaround for him.

T rob will be the biggest surprise next season. I expect big things from him. Summer league stats mattering is about as real as watching a unicorn take a shit on a rainbow

In the most recent game, I remember Robinson getting called for an offensive foul one time doing that move, and then later, he drew a pair of FTs doing that. I remember he did it at least once the first game and got an "and-one", though I believe he missed the resulting FT.
