    For cap space? I guess they'll pick up about $450,000 as opposed to a minimum cap hold, but Jeez, that's slicing the salami pretty thin.

    He probably wants out. I'm sure they sold him on being the backup C and now it looks like he's a third stringer behind four guys who are going to get minutes. Maybe he's behind five guys, if the Bulls believe in this rookie they drafted in the second round -- who looks like a decent if undersized grinder.
