I'm a little surprised to see Golden State come up for multiple people. I would have assumed that they had been inept for so long, they hadn't really ripped the heart out of or angered anyone (except the Mavericks in 2006-07). Where does the hatred for that franchise come from?

Lakers will always top the list. I don't care who plays for them, coaches them, owns them. I don't care if they win 60 games or 5. I hate the Lakers. Currently Houston, they behaved like punks. Not a long time Houston hater, though. Golden State, because I live here. And they annoy me. Miami because they had that entitled aura, the 1%ers of the NBA (well, they are all 1%ers but you know what I mean). OKC. Kinda like Sacramento, their fans are so loyal, had a few good years but keep getting screwed and still show up. I liked the Nets when Jason Collins was on the team, but could they not have given him just ONE minute in post season? I am pissed at them leaving Newark; I was born in Newark.
I liked golden state at that time. My hatred for them didnt start till last season tbh. While the purple and piss has 2 decades of pent up rage in my heart.

I do not really dislike teams as much as I dislike players. The exception is OKC - for what they did to Seattle. My like and dislike of teams usually goes based on the players they have on them. For example - I used to love Houston when Hakeem was there, hate them now (Harden - puke).
