Amen, sale the Team to Jeter, or make him a majority owner, tho' I know those greedy bastages will never let anyone gain a majority of their Team, Daddy Built and gave to them.

why is it when Kid's don't work for something and always get shit handed to them, they never seem to respect it, or take it for granted, not doing shit with it (the team) either. Dad is rolling in his grave, hitting his head, let me out, those effing kids.....! I can hear it now...!

If Cashman doesn't get something done this year, I say FIRE his lame ass....!!!

I love the idea of Jeter being the owner... Or sharing ownership with Donnie Baseball assuming he'd walk away from managing....

As much as Jeter hates losing (much like the boss) you could bet your ass that he's do everything he could to put a winning product on the field every year. He could make Paul O'Neill the hitting coach. Rivera the pitching coach. & Mattingly the manager. Works for me.

As much as it sucked I wasn't so much annoyed at yesterday's loss as today's. Friggin Navaro of all people.

...yeah, and I recall you pining for Navaro all this time, when we both know that it is Ichiro that is killing this team.

Yeah after those back to back jacks that tied up the game, I said "This is ours". A really tough loss. Especially after starting the home stand 7-1. To lose the last 2 just sucked. Now its off to Texas.

Sucks even more with Baltimore defeating Seattle in extras. I think what it boils down to is that as it stand right now Baltimore and Toronto have steady hitters in their lineup with pop and the Yankees don't. Bautista of Toronto and Cruz in Baltimore alone consistently outdo anything a current Yankee batter can produce.

that was a horrible loss today, didn't see enough to really give an opinion on who is to blame, but there seems to be a common denominator in all of them, name THAT tune?
