It's awfully strange to me that the same car has gone by your sister's house, has been observed to do so by the police and have never been stopped. There's certainly enough probably cause to at least let them know they've been noticed. You also get their ID, so if anything happens to your family, they're the first suspects. And if they're at all connected to the person who is on trial, then everyone on that end is fucked. Curious.
i mentioned having some bitcoins in a thread awhile ago and OLDSchool_BlazerFAN sent me a dozen pms trying to rip me off, always figured it was BD. I fucked with him for awhile on it, "what are they? Are they for vending machines? Do you have any magic cards to trade?" And so on
What I find curious is the behavior of the authorities. I tend to agree with those that have suggested hiring a private security service (or some East LA cholos) to follow these people, beat them to a pulp and warn them if they ever come near your family again something worse will happen.

Update..... The car on surveillance that kept showing up was the paper boy. The incident with the guys walking up and the incident at my mom's house was very real, but the multiple days of watching the car flash their brights on my sister's house was only the paper boy flashing their brights to see the corner as they were driving around the corner. So there is a sigh of relief that it's not a target incident, but the event was still very scary. Hopefully the police can catch this group and end their home invasion string
