I don't give a shit where he went to high school, or where he went to college. The guy is kind of a tool, but I mostly hate him because posters kept saying we should trade LaMarcus and change for him. Plus, his father is a fucking asshole, and I'd rather not have him around the team.

give me some proof before you insult my nba knowledge.
has he been cocky? has he said something?
i can think of one time when he rose his hands up after hitting a buzzer beating 3 against the clippers a couple years ago.
is there a clip you can show me? anything?
do you really follow the nba? or are you just bitter, or are you just wrong?

It wasn't an insult, it was a mere question. I'd say you're the bitter one. I'm not talking about his on-the-court-performance. By your comment, it seems you might not follow the off-the-court stuff. I don't blame you - I don't always, either. Besides being a weak defender, a guy that fills the stat sheet, but doesn't appear to make his team better, he has been mentioned numerous times for his off-the-court attitude. I don't have a lot of love (no pun intended) for guys that bitch and complain publicly about the team's performance, especially when much of it falls on your own shoulders.

There are a lot of folks in Minne happy to see him gone. There are a lot of NBA fans that simply aren't fans of his, for whatever reason, as I think he's one of those guys that rub people the wrong way. Being called a "tool" isn't the worst thing in the world. It's not like I said he's a POS or a MF'er. But he's a tool. And it's clear many in Minnesota also think so. A lot of people weren't big Stan Love fans, either.

Must have pissed off Cleveland fans that Love associated O with Oregon instead of Ohio.

LOL. I am curious why people think he's the third player on that team. I love Irving's game, but I'm not sold Love is #3. How Love's game fits with Lebron remains to be seen (especially after seeing Bosh kind of disappear in Miami behind Wade and LBJ), but I'm not sold that he's not #2 on that team. I don't expect he'll be as timid as Bosh, and he's probably a better inside presence and less likely to be as deferent than Bosh.

TRUE STORY. Some people parked in front of his house in Lake O and he went outside with a snowblower and blew gravel at their cars... WTF?

I will say though, I've reffed Kevin Love and on the court, he is a class act. I tell captains in my pregames that they need to ask me a "Kevin Love" question.

    "what did I do".

This is exactly what the refs want to hear. We don't want to hear what you think you know you did. Especially when you aren't watching yourself.... I reffed OJ Mayo the same day and I wanted to fucking SLAP him...

Love has often been snarky with the media and with guys like LaMarcus at the allstar games. I just never liked his demeanor in the past but recently I've got to say he seems to have mellowed out. Easy to forget how young these guys are sometimes
