    Jill for the most part I agree but if I'm keeping either one of the two (Johnson / Roberts) I think I'd rather keep Roberts. JMO.

    I do agree Rick I was only thinking about versatility. Johnson can play 1st, 3rd and outfield while Roberts is strictly a 2nd baseman. Just a question if yankees call up a pitcher for tonight's game who gets sent down?

    And if I can expand on this,

    Solarte with Padres = 3 HRs & 15 RBI

    Headley with Yanks = 3 HRs & 11 RBI

    All in all at this point its pretty even.

    Update;

    ...how quickly things can change.

    Solarte with Padres .255 .337 .342 .679

    Headley with Yanx . .257 .353 .390 .742

    ...and I gotta say, I've been impressed with Headley's defense. (yeah, I know he made an error last night)

    Game propaganda gave no credit to Pineda who pitched a damn good game with the offense coming up sucking again.

    ...^^^ Yup, too much focus was made on Headley's error. And I'm sure that if we had been told that the Yanx would hold KC to 1 run (earned or not) we would have liked our chances in last night's game...kinda hard to win any game when the offense only manages 3 hits and 0 runs.
    ...really felt bad for Pineda.

    Unfortunately we've seen many good pitching performances go to waste. Pineda pitched another excellent game (ERA down under 2) with nothing to show for it.
