    lol? "damage control"?
Why, because I acknowledged that I overlooked a spelling mistake?

You're getting desperate are you? LMAO

Doesn't change the fact that I STILL wouldn't shaken-up the lineup especially those 3-4-5 spots and STILL BELIEVE it was worth trying and Girardi is the one who didn't have the balls to do it. We saw where it lead to -- same old same old results.
Girardi should've tried to jump start the lineup and maximize the offensive output. Looks like you, and a couple of your board allies are just as dull-minded as Girardi as we watched the usualy batting *order lull us to sleep as August and September passed by. lol

    * batting order: aka the lineup for those who need help understanding the concept of SWITCHING IT AROUND, dropping a slug (Tex) or two who are struggling mightily lower in the lineup, bunching those players who are doing better together in the lineup to maximize offensive output.
This is really basic stuff for a manager to try when his "usual" lineup is going as badly as this USUAL lineup was.

Are you alright? Stop trying to get cute with me. Admit it...Girardi did NOT do all he could to put this team in a better position to win, the offense/LINEUP was the biggest culprit and MANAGING this lineup was his biggest weakness. BINGO!

Want to debate THAT ONE also? Bring your pals...you'll need them . lol

...but if these clutch offensive monsters had been slotted in the 4-5-6 spots in the order and if Tex, Beltran, and McCann had been moved down to the 7-8-9 it would have put the Yanx over the top....uhhh, OK.

    ...lmao.

...no they're mine, jackwagon...it was satirical. It was done to illustrate that they are in fact NOT "clutch offensive monsters"...catch up yet?

...so lemme guess, you've scurried off to hand pick some stats? (wait for it)....lemme guess, RBIs?

...isn't this about the point in the argument when you typically start mumbling and replying with such sphincter tightening retorts as "blah blah blah"...or "go dry off"...or "I just farted"....very compelling.

Are you paying attention board members? Do you WANT TO? Yep, just as I suspected.
Once again - and now I'm finished with this dull light bulb.

...how predictable...you can't produce anything of substance to back up your opinion so you again mumble and refer to a previous post which has already been addressed and you claim that you're "finished with me"?...seriously?...that's it?...that's what you're going to hang your hat on?

...you've clearly and fairly been out voted on this topic (and others) but that wasn't good enough for you...other people have said you were off base and that wasn't good enough for you...and actual stats were presented to you showing how.why you were wrong and evidently that's not good enough for you either. ...but yeah, I'm the one with the problem here.

...like I pointed out before, you're alone on an island of your own on this subject...and you've had the opportunity multiple time to escape in the life boat but you evidently would rather drowned...your problem.

...and it sounds to me like you're the one begging for support from "the board"...I don't see any.

...and I am laughing at you cherry picking stats because you're desperate as you did in your post #45

    ...and you were out-voted, no?

...how are the stats I posted "cherry picking" ?...you claimed that if Tex, Beltran, and McCann had switched places in the order with Ichiro, Headley, and Prado, et al, things would have been different...the stats I provided indicated otherwise. Can you dispute those stats?...what stats would you use to illustrate that the Joe should have swapped the 4-5-6 hitters with the 7-8-9 hitters and why it would have put the Yanx over the top?

If you saw Matt Williams interview, on Wednesday, you'd know:

We (the public and/or Opposition), will never know of the intricacies, and workings, details, of strategy, even tho' it looks apparent on the field, in the form of calls, say hit and run, or other visual plays, we see, and hear.....yet what we see and hear, often comes up far short, of the intent and strategies, we see and assume we know....key word, assume.

Decisions you and I will never know or figure out, despite what you or I see during a game.

Managerial decisions always far exceed a Fan's Perspective or viewpoint based on literally watching any game....

Regardless, you or I can NOT say, what decisions Joe makes, based on a fans visual take, on what you may deem as a bad call, or vice versa. In other words, no one OUTSIDE the Clubhouse will never know; and We are NOT privy to confidential information; details, we will never hear or know about.....we can only assume from our visual perspective.........

The bottom line is simple: How many times, have you seen, Ricky Henderson limping to 1st base, on a walk??? Only to exploit the oppositions assumption(s)...

Can you tell me what HOF QB, often wore a Knee Brace on His good knee, so the opposition would lay off his bad knee????
Same logic applies beyond just injuries, it applies to every aspect of a MLB game, in ways you and I will never know.....

Keep in mind, the moment any person states, they are informed, and have great knowledge, is the moment that individual is most uninformed or knowledgeable....

Genius does not know its name. Proclamation by any individual of as much, is the very point in which one reveals how much they really don't know and lack; the elements required of a Genius.....!!!

Was Hitler a Genius? He said he was, yet he was a blatant asshole of a fool....Was Einstein a Genius, hell yes, did he ever claim as much? Hell no, he was too humble as most are with his wit. Instead of speaking publicly; Albert simply turned to his Stradivarius...!!!
