Fucking LOL. Just because the Beavers don't talk about football on here doesn't make them pent up with aggression and/or jealousy. There are plenty of other sites to talk about college football, and I for one do not do it here. However, when there are threads made about the Ducks or Beavers on the Portland TrailBlazers forums, I will participate in that discussion and trash talk accordingly.
I'll take a Beavs win over a Duck loss any day. What fools to think otherwise; most of em' are just pissed their beloved program is falling out of the top 5. I'll bask in that glory, and turn on my old-school nintendo for a round of duck-hunt baby!
Lies, lies, lies. No real Duck fan would have chosen to go to OSU. The point is life is football fandom, not to get an education and better one's self.
Funny thing is, most of the hate comes from OSU fans. I wouldn't even consider the trash-talking the eastern schools do as hate; they merely are saying they're better teams and tougher conferences. I'm pretty sure that the OSU hatred for UO grows when articles fan the flames of hatred with headlines such as "The Oregon Ducks -- America's favorite college football team?"

It'll still be fewer than the Beavs. Just being honest. Comes from someone who went to 2-4 Beavs games per year for a decade (and maybe 4 total Ducks games over the same period).
Not knowing many ducks fans that hate the beavers is your problem. Go live in Corvallis and attend a civil war decked out in beaver gear. You'll get a taste of what that's like. Laughing at beavers fans and feeling bad for us is a very Lakers fan type thing to do.
You guys are obsessed with laker fans. Do duck fans show up to the game after the first quarter? Do they leave early?
