You'd be great at this but I really would like to see you help the Blazers by taking Scott Foster's job
I think the content wouldn't even need to be just about the on-the-floor action. I'd be interested in reading about the awe and excitement of one's first-time access experience, reviews of facilities and amenities, observations on specific fan behaviors, reactions to in-game and halftime music/entertainment, interaction with/between entrenched media talent, etc.
I spoke with our contacts with the Blazers and this is almost certain to happen guys. This thread was a huge part of it.
We should chip in and buy a ceremonial press hat. We'll be the COCK of the walk on press row. :MARIS61:
Being a card-carrying member of US Basketball Writers since the 1990s, I would be happy to. However, being several thousand miles east of Portland means press row is going to have to be made a lot longer.
TBPup and I are setting it up now. If anyone wants to get involved let me know. We are planning for the first episode this Sunday.
Yeah, we should have a drunk podcast sometime. rent out a room in a bar, drink and record the podcast. haha.
I agree! Everybody can see what's going on out on the court, it's the behind the scenes, media room stuff that people would be interested in.
