    That's crazy. Reed was like a mad dog, just punching anyone and everyone he could get his hands on. He even clipped a teammate on his way to attacking the Lakers bench.

    What would be the penalty for that today?

    No way!!!! The "Rumble at the Palace" had 2 players suspended for the entire season! Others had like 30 game suspensions or something like that. There would be zero tolerance for something like that now.

    Thats because players not only attacked each other but attacked fans as well. There was no altercation with fans in that video. Id say 10 games if its a first offense half the season if its the second suspension for fighting. Thats for reed, the others would be smaller suspensions.

    IIRC, One guy lobbed a glass of beer onto him when he was lying down, he went into the stands to kick the wrong guy's ass.

    Also one guy charged at Jermaine. Dumb ass deserved to be knocked out if he wants to get into the middle of something like that.

    Sheed was never confrontational with other players from the other teams. In fact, I remembered how fans would be all pissed off on how "friendly" Sheed was with the enemy. Just don't be a fan or have black and white striped clothing
