Don't teams not really bank on that anyways? At least in nba, I think outside jersey sales are split amongst all teams.
REPORTEDLY TO BE SIGNED BY THE DALLAS COWBOYS TO THE PRACTICE SQUAD. GOD BLESS PROGRESSIVE AND TOLERANT TEXAS.
Jerry is looking at this purely as a publicity stunt, which is sad for Michael Sam and the entire LBGTHVDSEYOKLJHF community
These days the Dallas Cowboy team have been purely a publicity stunt, which is sad for the Dallas Cowboy players and the entire Dallas Cowboy fans base. When Dallas Cowboys season-ticket holders open the envelope with their tickets this week, they might be shocked to find what's in there. Along with all the preseason and regular-season tickets, there's a sheet of playoff tickets, including a ticket for the NFC Championship Game, a game the team hasn't played in since the 1995 season.
It truly is very courageous to walk down west 44th street Please let him know if you see him again, that I am praying for him
I don't think we're there yet. Gay athletes are obviously still scared. There are probably 100 of them that are still in the closet. I'd say there are at least 30-40 in the NBA alone.
Maybe, but Sam is alive and well and none the worse for it all. Hopefully others realize they won't be, either.
But he got cut, right? Not because he is gay, of course. But it probably promotes fear since Jason Collins and Michael Sam are now jobless. Someone needs to come out who is a star in the league.
Jason Collins was a terrible player all along. He's not playing because of that and that he's really old. But teams did consider him and made it known. Tim Cook, Apple CEO, came out a few days ago. He's a superstar.
