    I'd say I would like to explore trading options for Aldridge (no I don't hate him or am saying I want him off this team), but we probably wouldnt get anything close to value in return. I just think it is clear this should be Dames team.

    That's the problem. You don't get equal value, or really even close to equal value. Aldridge is a second fiddle. He's always been a second fiddle. He's fine with that role. We just need to accept that it's Dame's team.
