YES! If you go back to my original post"

A pun is a play on words, using one word, that sounds like another, but means something else. For example:

I used to be a doctor, but I lost my patients.

    Instead of:

I used to be a doctor, but I lost my patience.

So, patients sounds like patience, but means something different - likewise, dead Lee sounds like deadly, but means something different.

The word Lee (li) in Hebrew actually means "for me".
The word mean (min) means "sex", "gender" and "specie".

    Blatant rep plea...

I can't believe nobody repped me for that. I thought it was a quite a clever pun. I feel so unloved...

That's nice of you to do it in a Curry. (That almost worked).

I think this is a lil less about what Kerr is doing. And more about what he is not doing. I think he pretty much stays out of the way and lets them play.

Kind of. Mark Jackson let them play up-tempo-ish, but Kerr is really pushing them to look for early offense and force the break whenever possible. When the early offense isn't there, they go into more of a motion offense whereas Jackson was very Iso-heavy. The Warriors really aren't a strong iso team though so they had an average offense despite a lot of weapons. Kerr is getting a lot more out of Bogut and Barnes. Curry, Klay, Barnes, and Draymond all got better and we have a good backup PG in Livingston which we've lacked sine Jarret Jack left. Speights looks excellent after a horrific showing last year. The roster is better, but Kerr also puts these guys in better positions.

Defensively, they were already really good but have gotten better due to a few factors. First of all, they switch on EVERYTHING and it blows up the opposition's pick and roll game. Klay, Iguodala, Livingston, Draymond, Barnes are all 6'7-6'8 with 6'11+ wingspans. They switch everything because they can all guard 3 or 4 positions and they just cover a lot of space with their mobility and length. Harrison Fucking Barnes is probably the worst defender of the bunch and hes still pretty solid. Curry looks decent on defense this year and they're letting him guard point guards which keeps everyone else in their natural defensive matchups. Draymond is one of the best defensive PFs in the league, so he's a clear upgrade over DLee in that regard.

It all falls apart if Bogut or Curry are out for any significant amount of time. They also turn the ball over way too much and could probably use another athletic, defensive big man. Their back court and wing rotation is absolutely nutty though and Kerr already said he isn't going to bench Draymond when Lee gets back. Their bench is Livingston, Barbosa, Iguodala, Lee, Speights, Ezeli. That unit alone could make the playoffs in the east.

They're smashing the Mavs early right now. Mavs are rocking 5'10 Jameer, 6'3 Monta, 5'8 Barea, 6'5 Crowder at SF. Looks like a fugging Varsity-JV scrimmage.

How is my man Festus doing? I love this player. Is he getting real minutes?

He's only played 172 minutes all season. Apparently, Kerr doesn't trust him.

Hes kind of been forced out of the rotation because for about 6 weeks there as Mareese Speights was on a tear unlike I've ever seen for a bench player (still sporting a 23.61 PER off the bench). Festus did start the year as the primary backup C though and looked good. Hes added some post moves and can hit an open jumper out to about 14 feet. Doesn't looks like he's lost any athleticism from missing all of last year with the knee injury. Hes looked a little rusty lately but playing time has been sporadic. I think he'll carve his way back into the rotation because we need more rim protection besides Bogut, its just hard to find minutes for a lot of players on the roster right now.

Let me save the forum a lot of trouble.

Good, but not as good as the Blazers, and I will find some BS stat to back that up
