I'm convinced we can win the title this year.

We have more of a shot to resign Rolo than Gasol. Rolo loves Portland, we don't know how Gasol will like it here. We've had bad luck with Spaniards

If we can figure out a way to bring back both Rolo and Kaman it would be perfect.

I agree. I think the two are perfect for each other as our 1-2 punch at center.

Easy. We own Rolo's Bird rights and have a team option on Kaman. If Olshey and Allen want them back, they'll both be back.

What about the season after that? Would we have bird rights on Kaman?

Early bird rights, which would allow us to re-sign him for up to 130% of the prior year contract, or $6.5M--still pretty reasonable for a guy who would be 34 at that point.

If Kaman stays healthy and keeps up with this kind of production, I think he opts out. He could be starting somewhere.

Kaman has started for losers all his career; he might want to win 6POY with a winner.

And at his age, maybe a roll off the bench would be better for him

Yeah, considering his age and the physical demands on his body, I agree his current role, rolling off the bench as a primary scoring option, against mostly second stringers, and doing so on a contender, is a good career move at this stage.

It was one before but I think we can put Gasol in the pipedream basket.

I don't believe Kaman has an opt out. I think Blake does though.

with Nic's poor play this year/nagging injuries and Green's ability to play PF as well I think he'd be a great get

We could probably get Wilson Chandler cheap.

John Henson should be on the radar.

    He's criminally underused in MIL.

He's the same age as Lillard and is a guy who has a career DRtg of 101 -- when he got playing time he was a double-double machine with nearly 3 blocks/per.

His length is on par with RoLo: 7'5" wingspan - 9'4" standing reach.

You obviously start the package with the 2015 pick - Do you give up CJ?
