I hope they win today but if they don't, they'll be only two games ahead of the surging Suns. Plus, the Thunder are obviously making a push. Maybe this is the season that the Spurs finally fall off? Not saying they won't make the playoffs as I never said the Rockets would miss the playoffs despite what MM says. I'm just asking a question to start discussion. Merry Christmas.

I think I will never count them out because they've proved me wrong for like the last 5 years.

They signed a contract in blood with blood. I don't know how else to explain it

Pop made a shadow baby with the red witch? Burned a few kings to R'hllor the red God, mayhaps.

The western conference is dark and full of terrors.

The Spurs had their issues with the west as well last year until later in the season.

Yes they will make the playoffs.

I seem to remember one year being like 10 or so games under .500 then won 20 in a row. My past has been a blur, so I could be making it all up

All they need to do is get IN the playoffs and they become a threat immediately. That's why pop rests his guys so much. The goal is to get to the post season. After that they go full Spurs mode.

Where is BNM with his claims of mockery and unjust?

I have a genuine question for you MM, actually two questions.

    1) Do you think Eric creates those threads to troll?

    2) Do you create your threads to troll?

You're making it up. Spurs have never been 10 games under .500 on Duncan's watch.

    Agreed

A couple weeks ago, San Antonio was 13-4.

Since you started your thread, SA has gone 5-8 with losses to rivals Portland, Memphis, Dallas, and OKC. I think the question is legitimate now.

Also, can you make a "will Golden State make the playoffs?" thread?

Yes, a "Will Golden State make the playoffs?" thread would be most helpful.

Depending on your definition of trolling, yes to both questions

And the Rockets were 9-3 when their thread was started

Sly said all these threads would be merged into one, so a GS thread would be futile. I would at least hope one with the EXACT same question would be merged......or was it just my threads that would be merged into one?

I respect that you NEED to make this thread about you. I don't fault a raccoon when he gets into my garbage, either. It's just instinct.

But seriously, get over it. Get over yourself, too. YOU are the only hindrance you have to enjoyment. YOU are the only thing standing in your own way here.

    Physician, heal thy self.

It's the same thread that I was mocked and chastised for. Just wondering what the difference is? No one answers, instead, they turn it on me. Just like I turned it on Eric and got ridiculed for it. So at this point. Seriously, what's the difference?

Do you realize that you are really the only problem child still left on the forum? You're the only person going out of your way to create drama?

I know the real reason but I can't say it in public. It would be too raw.

But the second most real reason is time. Now is the right time to talk about this subject. Yeah yeah the Houston thread, whatever (their SOS and MOV at the time were really bad, so there was a bit of a reason to talk then about them). Now we can talk about San Antonio.

But we both know the real reason; I won't embarrass you in public over it.
