So, LaMarcus has been with us 8 years and has said he wants to beat Clyde's stats. He's already number 1 in Defensive Rebounds, and may be Number 1 in a lot of stats before he retires... but for how long?

Damian isn't gunning for Blazer records; he's setting NBA records already (e.g., fastest to 500 3 pointers made). How long do you think it'll take him to overtake LA on some of his leaderboard records?

If he stays with Portland forever, it could take 20-30 years.

I think Dame will pass Aldridge easily for points as long as he stays healthy. He's much further along than Aldridge offensively.

I would suppose steals, FTs, and assists? I question if dame can break the record in Portland for most assists before he retires. He's got some stiff competition!

Aldridge played one year of college ball, Dame played 4. Aldridge's scoring probably won't be affected as he nears retirement age, Dame's probably will. I think if Dame stays, he'll be #3 or maybe #2, but I'm guessing #3 all time.

With Lillard's style of play I think he could play into his late 30s. He has a Steve Nash type of game.

Lamarcus plays a smart style of basketball that should give him a Duncan type career. He gets better every year. I think he'll be a HOF power forward and hold a lot of Blazer records and hopefully half a dozen championship rings when all is said and done. Teams cannot double LA and Dame. Pick your poison. I think he showed a lot of heart just playing at all for the last couple of games. Respiratory infections drain the hell out of people and can relapse easily. It's always rubbed me the wrong way when a player comes into the games after being out with ailments and gets thrown in the ringer while showing heart and shaking off rust. Happens way too much every season. Lillard is just on fire. Together they are to be feared around the league..and this is a good thing for Blazer fans.
