    "BLACK LIVES MATTER"

Really, when abortion rates among blacks are higher then any other group. Black lives matter?

When over 90% of black homicides are committed by other blacks. Black lives matter?

    Fucking hypocrites.

As the LASD used to say in South Central L.A. Don't go in and bother the gangs, or you may be a dead man. Sit back wait, watch, and they will as the Hispanics also do, will kill themselves.

Or-the only 2 cultures in America, which form rival groups, then kill each other.....perhaps soon, there will be no racial wars, just the black on black, and Chollo on Chollo....

There has always been gangs and always will be "gangs" especially amount the poor city immigrants. They can be decimated if the local govts are really committed and dedicated. There have been mayors of big cities who made a difference and crippled street-gang thugs.

We are now in our 2nd decade of the 21st century and why are some "countries" still struggling with basic human rights and development with no improvement in sight....some are actually going backwards!

The dirty little secret "we" all are familiar with.

The highlighted sentence, sounds like yer talking 'bout the good Ol' US of A....soon to be a 3rd world country, coming to a theater near you....

With our demise on the Financial Fronts, moreso with our ridiculous sick Education ratings, "A failure to invest in Education, IS an investment in Illiteracy".....!

I wasn't referring to the U.S. in your hilighted sentence - I think our country does a good job trying to ensure basic human rights and freedom when it comes to its population.

I'm talking about dictatorships, Communist regimes and last but not least, Islamic Fascist countries which answer to their "God" and religion.
I believe this country is based on Judeo/Christian principals?

Freedom from communism and dictatorships is one thing, religious clashes from millions of true believing individuals is another.

I got the jest, and thought of China, even Russia, these days, not so much European Nations, as Eastern Euro Nations, plenty of Mid-East, African, and esp: South East Asian Nations.

Yet, I do and have been watching and measuring the demise rather decadence in action, with a cancerous corrosion in American Towns, Cities, you name it. Drugs have infiltrated no longer the Metropolis's, they've spread to small towns in the Great Plains, Southern States, Midwest, et al.

CA. is in its 3rd stage of decadence, or non-op terminal cancer. It can still be saved, but is unlikely after decades of BS CA Politicians.....yes, soon we too will be a 3rd world country, if this Nation, Congress, et al, do not take the necessary actions to avoid a big fall. It IMO all begins with Investments in Education. or as I said, a Failure to invest in eduction is a investment in Illiteracy....!

The USA is what now in Education, approximately the 50th Nation in the World? Give or take minus/plus 4 points....!

It's no different than mortgaging our future, especially our youth, the next generation to take control. For one I have little faith in Generation S.....!

"Invest in Education" Sounds good, sounds noble.

I think we're better off investing in developing more readily available simpler, cheaper forms of birth control, and do something about the climate, atmosphere and general appearance (inside and out) of some of these big city high schools....they look depressing and correction facility-like.

Nowadays, whenever I hear those magic words " invest in education", couple things come immediately to mind:

    The Teacher's Unions.
Throwing more billions of dollars into the bottomless pit when it is cultural, behavioral, and the disintegration of intact families which is doing the damage.

Sure, of course we need to maintain and upgrade education, but "we" can get a lot for our money if they spent much more money on TV commercials merely explaining the percentages and more likely negative results of having babies with very little income AND only one caring parent. (if any)

I see the arc of our culture moving towards "Escape from New York". Abandon a major city, wall it all and make it a prison colony. Like the Brits did with Australia, etc.

Populations getting too large, no one wants a prison in their back yard, people too soft on crime & punishment. A good old fashioned penal colony....out of sight and mind is what is needed. Close Gitmo? Hell get a bigger one that can hold millions.

I just think people need to be smart enough to look at a few statistics before making stupid comments.
