Again, learn to read, then post. Care very little about the NFL. I barely care when the Niners are good. I like to watch the games - I pick a team to root for each game (if I have time to watch a game). Most NFL seasons, I watch nothing but the playoffs and SB. More than anything, I have teams I hate and root against. In the NFL, Hawks are #1, simply cuz they have more bandwagoners than any other franchise in NFL history. Like you shitting on yourself and giving up.
It just seems that way because we live in a state full of them, the Cowboys and Steelers have the most when they're good.
I feel bad for tomsula, he seems like a good guy but not HC material. However, that is one sweet stache.
Well, there were none a decade ago. So it's odd. Kinda like there were no M's fans until two decades ago, and they all "died" 15 years ago. Everyone had interest in the M's cuz of Junior, but they only had fans when they were decent, which was short-lived.
That does present an interesting question though: Are the Mariners now going to be shoved down our throat as our "local" team now that they're expected to be a World Series contender? Probably not since PA doesn't own them. I don't see Mike Barrett Tweeting about them, lol.
I acknowledged that. Loved junior. I chiro was good but a but over-hyped. But aside from seeing the side acts, nobody gave a shit about the M's.
In all seriousness, when you guys get the D back and healthy, you'll be scary again. Just scarier for you that Kaepernick is the QB.
I would love to trade Kaepernick for Mariota. I will agree with you guys on Laker fans that front run the Niners though, fuck those guys, should be Charger fans.
They are shoved down our throats, but it doesn't stick. Cuz they suck. Same sitch with the Seahawks for years. They finally became a solid team and people joined the wagon.
I thought Russell Wilson looked a little like Kaep with at least 2 of those 4 picks. But, it's not how you start, it's how you finish. Can you win the game in the 1st quarter? No!... you know the rest.
two went off Kearse's hands and bounced up, those aren't on him. The bomb was a great (lucky?) play by Clinton-Dix. The pick on the goal line was a horrible throw. His first INTs in 5 playoff games.
2 of those picks were Wilson's fault and 2 of them were Kearse's fault. Both made up for it on the final play though. Ballsy since I would have probably just ran the ball.
Has the Packs' D even been that good this year? Serious question. That and RB have been their issue in recent years. I've seen maybe one Pack game this year, and their D wasn't that great. To be honest, I thought Seattle would win handedly. They got the W, which is what matters, but I was surprised that their D is what even made this a game.
Whoa there. There's a BIG difference between PLAYING with superiority, and BEING the superiority. You've PLAYED with superiority this season; no doubt, that's not in question. But you are NOT superior to any other team out there, with maybe the exception of the Raiders. In fact, yeah, okay....you guys are superior to the Raiders. I think that's fair. When comparing the two fan bases: Seattle may be classless, but Raider fans are just down right bad. To Seattle's credit, I've yet to hear of any Seattle fans egging the opposing team's buses. I can't say the same about the Raiders.
Come on bro, where's your pride? Believe in your team! I'm not "thrilled" about the coaching choices, but I'm very excited about next season. Kap's getting the proper teachings right now, our WR corp is down there working with him to so that they gel together better on the field, and Bowman will be back from injury. We're also switching to a 4-3 Defense, which plays better to our players strengths, and allows us to play Bowman, Willis, Borland, Lynch, A. Smith, and Dorsy, with maybe Justin Smith and Tank Carrodine in the rotation somewhere. We're also looking at this beast of a SS up in the CFL; I've forgotten his name off the top of my head, and I'm too lazy to look him up. But he's a big, mean, and smart sonofabitch. So cheer up. I don't like the Seahags either and, after watching today's AFC Championship (okay, actually....I fell asleep), I don't think Sheattle is going to stand a chance against that whiny little bitch Brady. Being 1-2 would make my day, and losing to Brady would be icing on the cake. Besides: we WANT Sheattle to be mean to us. We love the rivalry; I know I do. Can you imagine how boring it would be otherwise? But more than that: it means that we're still a threat. Of course, they'll never admit that. But we know it, which is part of the reason why they hate us. Beyond that, it's just a rivalry. In the off season, I'd probably buy a Seattle fan a beer and talk ball with them. But the rivalry is what makes it all worth it. So bring it on.
