When did I say New Orleans is a playoff team? You said 6-4 isn't good. I said it is.

Those were just a couple teams playing 6-4 or better. I thought that was insinuated. Eh.

We had a 14-18 stretch last season and we still got the 5 seed and made it to the second round and lost to a team that no one could beat. Teams have bad stretches. We have a better record than the champs. We've been one of the most injured teams in the entire league. Batum, Aldridge, Lopez, and Freeland have missed lots of games. Even CJ and Crabbe had injuries. And we're still 32-16. Why can't you appreciate what we HAVE done?

Honestly, because it doesn't feel like it's what we are NOW. I'm just glad we have some cushion.

BS. We were playing great without him for a long time. Dame's play lately is suspicious. Nic Batum is worthless, has been all year. Crabbe is MUCH better than CJ; Yet CJ gets burn. And Wes has been hot.n.cold.

The only consistent has been LMA. Because hes our legit AllStar.

Look I love our team and Dame (hes the only Jersey I own), but we seriously need a wheat grass shot or something.. lol

2010-11 Mavs had two 6 game losing streaks and won the championship. It's like you guys won't be happy unless we win 70 games! Lopez is CRUCIAL to our success on both sides of the court and he has missed a lot of time. We've done a very good job of staying in the hunt with him out of the lineup. He will be back soon and Everyone will benefit. Lillard and Wes have been playing hurt and this rest will do them good. Be happy that Aldridge is a warrior who is playing with a major injury and showing that he can contribute at an MVP level. In the long term, we're gonna be great down the stretch.

You're just trying to save face and hope that everyone forgets about your rockets thread!

Yes, we found ways to with without Lopez. But it's not sustainable. Having to cover for the holes his absence leaves takes its toll on everyone, especially Aldridge.

This has nothing to do with my Rockets thread or me for that matter though the Rockets did lose to Detroit tonight.

I haven't even watched a game in awhile. Just not interested right now. This team just needs to get into the playoffs. This is looking very similar to last year, great start, went into a free fall....played .500 ball for awhile, then we finished the season strong. We are now definitely in our free fall stage.

We lost against some serious scrubs AND Jason Kidd. Ugh. Kinda pissed about that.

EXACTLY. Be glad for our cushion. We worked really hard for that so that we could sustain these tough times and not fall out of the playoffs. We had almost no injuries last year, 4 starters played every game, and we are playing almost as well this year with TONS of injuries. Every single one of our starters has a major injury right now. Yet, they are soldiering on and giving it their best. You guys KNOW I'm a big fan that lives and breathes this team and I'm telling you, relax. We have a LOT to be happy about.

It's been tough, yes, but it will get better.
