I thought Tonys tweet was more of a joke. Doubt Tony Allen would say Lillard isnt deserving but you can bet he will also say that Zbo and Mike and more deserving then LMA and Lillard.

IMO, Lillards' slump from 3 is his shot selection. The whole teams shot selection has been bad, but particularly Dames'.
He's not setting before firing, typically leaning from far out. He's been jacking ridiculous long range shots. You don't half set the offense to then jack up a leaning 27-footer.
I'd like to see him step in on those long bombs - and I know they're within his range - but that extra foot could make all of the difference to his percentage.

Not sure whether Damians' 3-ball woes are mental fatigue, physical fatigue or a bit of both (most likely).

Ultimately, I think Dame will come good. The All-Star game will be a shot of confidence for him. We've seen him shoot the 3-ball well, and with some new found confidence and hopefully a few days rest around the All-Star game - He'll come good.

Lillard's slump is really hurting his trade value. He's only worth two Conley's now.

Honestly, why should I care what a rocket fan thinks about him? Or a laker fan?

Does it keep laker fans up at night because people make fun of Kobe?

A few of y'all need to get a grip

This. His shot selection has been terrible, and worse he's been rushing his shots, shooting without getting set, etc. I thought the coaches showed players videos of themselves? It's almost like he bought into his own hype, and now thinks everything he throws in the direction of the backboard is going in. It isn't.

His slump could be curred quickly by a word from Lamarcus, just as Bill Russell advised KC Jones during an important game.
"The next time you feel the need to shoot one from the parking lot, just pass the ball to me".

If I know Terry Stotts (and I don't) he just has the team watching Mel Brooks movies rather than game film. It's because he's a player's coach and he just wants them to like him.

Yeah, but Kobe's an asshole. Lillard is not.

    Outside Portland here. My take...

All Star team means bigger paycheck, and wanting to be the best player is a good thing.

The West is stacked. The fans choose the starters. He's a fill in, which is still an honor, though probably where he sits in the all star ladder.

Well a thread that addresses what non Blazer fans think of Dame quickly morphed into what Portland thinks of Dame...damn. Give the kid a break! He's amazing! I could care less as I've stated earlier here what other fans think of the Blazers.

My perception of fans outside of Blazermania is they can all suck my dick! It's not like they ever vote for us anyway!!! Look at Aldridge... He's arguably the best PF in the game and was like 5th in forward voting. And Aldridge ain't some Vilian either... He's like the poster child of a model stale personality.

Well John Cleese, we have in America figurative speech as opposed to literal speech which Brits take about 3 paragraphs to say..I stand by my Americanisms!

Just trying to help, so you don't use a phrase that conveys exactly the opposite of what you mean.

Edit to add: Apologies Riverman, don't mean to be grammar nazi - it's my pet peeve that saying. . .

Dames' got a good team around him, and he's a supremely likable guy. It's going to be so amazing to watch him grow.
