Freeland, Afflalo and Gee should push Batum and Kaman totally out of the rotation.

Since January 1st the Blazers are 3 – 9 vs. teams over .500 with a scoring differential of -26

Maybe it was a bad January then.

Didn't Jabari say "screw you" to Jerome on the last post game?

I just fucking destroyed Taste of China. Got the #7 that comes with egg foo yung, fried rice, bbq'ed pork, chow mein and fried shrimp.

Its all in my belly right now. Cheat days can be cruel and unusual.

Do you think they were playing with heavy hearts, having just lost a team ambassador?

It's Memphis and San Antonio. I'm optimistic too... but 6-3 is not THAT likely...

Bench play was atrocious tonight. Up 4 at half it felt like we weathered the storm in the 3rd. Wasn't worried too much down 6 heading into the 4th. But Blake, CJ, Meyers were Brutal. By the time LA came back in we were down 20. That was the ballgame right there. Had the bench kept us close, I like our chances.

For a team talking about being hungry and prepping for the stretch run, they sure didn't act like it tonight. Utah flat out wanted it more. They got to every loose ball. They played the passing lanes. And they completely out-executed Portland. Coach Stotts had no answer for the pick and roll. Instead of making Gobert move on defense, we played right into his strengths. I could go on and on, but why bother?

A shitty week ended with a shitty game.

I love this team, but fucking A, can we put together a solid 10-game stretch without laying eggs every other night? First Dallas. Now this. It's time to start playing Trail Blazers basketball. Beating Memphis would be a helluva start.

Well, I had a bad feeling about missing the first game all season. I'll take the blame for this one folks. Globetrotters were great!

So, you would say we were the Washington Generals tonight?

The generals had a guy who was draining from 30 ft deep all night. I didn't see the game but sounds like the Generals would have beat the Blazers tonight. The Generals scored 92 and lit it up from 3pt range

I think losing Kersey put a damper on the trade excitement and probably the locker room. Blazers will get the next one. I'm not worried. Saw that Dame had 2 dimes and 5 turnovers...not a good night by any of the good guys.

Nah, Globetrotters won, the Generals beat them once in 1971, the Globetrotters beat them way over 16 thousand times. They are wonderful with the kids. The ambassadors of good will walk the walk. Great work they do all over the world for children and people in poverty. Great, great music throughout the show. The girl on the team has insanely good ball handling skills.

No, just noticed he has a beard going. I know Roy used to start one after All-star weekend, was wondering if he was bringing it back.
