So let me get this straight, we've got two monster edge rushers in Canton and Buckner to collapse O lines from either side while Balducci collapses the center, and we're going to let them AGAIN play happy smacks on the line of scrimmage taking up space, while hoping our undersized LB's will plug the non existent penetration gaps that this 3-4 doesn't create? You can't clean up lack of size an open field tackling at the LB spot unless you recruit those strengths and we haven't!

No one anywhere would think our LB's are the strength of Oregon's D, it's our secondary and D line and both are being misused to compensate for Pellum's ignorant LB schemes.

Your age is showing here, no one born after 1980 would even know who this guy is. Your troglodyte mindset is becoming clearer now!

featured is famously unstraight comedic actor Jim Nabors but thats not the point silly. The point is the song of how he dreams of achieving the impossible... like you ever getting something straight. It's simple and clear & I'm sure the reference didn't fly over the head of any other regular poster here who've been subjected to your bluster filled/confusathons

besides all the other debunked BS that Swim Block continues trot out as if he had a leg left to stand on, does anyone else at all share his thinking that a starting LB unit that averages 6'2 242 is "undersized"? Pretty sure the projected starters are the biggest collection of LBs Oregon has ever featured and the biggest group in the Pac 12. Bigger is better is his longtime & constant mantra in all things football, so despite it clearing not applying here as per usual he's attempting to ram a square peg through a round hole

Anyhoo, coming off another very successful year on both sides of the ball, of course they weren't going to fire the coaches and overhaul their core philosophies as he's repeatedly assured us they would. I'm sure we're all equally devastated that they didn't achieve the 7-5 season he told us he was hoping for. To dream the impossible dream...

Are you speaking to me or your imaginary followers and voices again? I said Pellum and Aiken not all coaches but it sounds so much better to you that way I suppose.:beatinto: I also said Aiken would be first to go, end of this next year, we'll see.

As for swim block, you know exactly what I meant when I wrote it and explained it exactly the way it was taught to me on the field, but you hold onto a word to make your pathetic need to feel self righteous all that more valid. It's okay mouth, I'm sure one day you'll realize no one cares if you win a "word" point on an anonymous board. There's no block in swim even if you block the opposing arm down to make the move. EWWW BURN ME! You win scrabble boy! Where's the trophy from all your fans? Come on Wheels? Tell him what he's won! :smiley-bonk:

    BTW-

Weren't you the one who said all year that our LB play was to blame and their lack of ability in open field tackling was a major factor? You also watched Ohio St. run over us between the tackles and get an extra five yards a pop abusing our LB's right? Yet you find no problem in that scheme? You know your "nothing should change" D coordinator taught our LB's for how many decades? Good to know Chinander is here to recruit and coach these guys up so Pellum can take the credit!

Hey? Will you be on your soap box to your inner voices on how true freshman wont crack the two deep rotations again this year? That's one of my favorite Stompisms!

Can't wait for next year when as many as 5 will be in the two deep. Have you gotten your Rolls Royce Freshman All American Jersey yet? I also hear Tyrell Crosby and Charles Nelson's are hot sellers too!

a boatload of of your bullcrap!

I'm sorry, where did you address the subject? We were talking about your claim that the LBs are undersized. Are you trying to change the subject because you're realizing how wrong you were? When you find yourself in the wrong, it's much better to just admit it rather then wildly flailing about trying to counterattack. It makes you look cowardly and weak.

I'll address the above quoted gibberish after you explain how exactly the LBs are undersized.

great... we're replaying Swim Block's greatest Total Bullshit! hits. When you made this assertion before I asked for a link of me saying this. I did this because I know there is none and of course you dodged like you always do. My repeated claim last offseason wasn't that ZERO true freshman earn their way into the rotation, it was that (barring injury) it's not done very often. How isn't that consistent with what happened last season? Injuries to Addison and Tyner helped move Royce up into a starring position, but you did notice who was the starter both in the 1st and last game right? Crosby was Oregon's most penalized player last season including 3 in the 2nd half of the National Championship Game. Of course he would have Redshirted had it not been for a slew of injuries on the OLine. Because of injury he, behind Walk-On Matt Pierson, was pressed into playing clearly before he was ready. While there were silver linings, he struggled a whole lot. lol at you claiming his jersey is a hot seller. Only 2 true Freshman (Nelson & Freeman) really earned their way into the rotation, and both saw their roles expanded greatly because of injuries.

AA is wasting his talents at DT when he could have been a 1st rounder as an OT. Oregon will go 7-5. Coaches will be fired. They will switch full time to the 4-3... Swim Block predictions are the best

on cue, after breaking the site's simple rules for the umpteenth time out comes the poor pathetic victim card. Just like every time before

maybe you're right. Maybe there is a big conspiracy against you here? If you believe this to be the case, maybe you should consider taking your talents elsewhere? Maybe at this magical new place people will appreciate & actually respond to your "real football talk". Face it, here your posts are ignored by most everyone who isn't mocking them. Expand your horizons... what do you have to lose?
