I wonder what the refs would have ruled if Jordan had put it back up and in, but like 2 seconds later rather than .7

For those that missed Batum's spectacular play, here's his lob to LA, block on Reddick, and clutch 3 pointer:

Notice how calm Nic was after hitting that.

Man I loved the game tonight. But Damn! I have to ask, why the hell is it that only Rudy and now Batum have figured out how to play pick n roll with Lamarcus???
Geez, that was the winning difference tonight.

2 hours - still nothing on the front page of ESPN.

If LAC had won, it'd of been up in 30 minutes tops. Pathetic "journalism" by ESPN.

Even funnier - I go to see the 5 minute recap of the game on LP... It's the Kings/Clippers highlights.

The NBA is flat out embarrassed by this. lmao.

Post Reply::: Holy cow! We were dead and the water was swamping the life raft . Then the amazing starts.. !
12-2 run at end of 4thQ. Paul misses and that ball looked like it bounced all over cellophane Jordan was stumped by the shot buzzer and the Paul /Jordan scene turns into a sport center clip Overtime.. Jordan misses the monster jam. Batum becomes super human. Lillard 1-12 Aldridge 11-26 We Win !!!!!!! Insane. Outragous. Blazer player mothers on the rejoice.

Damn I got to admit I was pretty down and negative during that game. I felt like we just wouldn't make adjustments to fix the trapping. Why, do we continually suffer against the trap? I mean our coaches must see whats going on.

I am so glad Batum got manly towards the end there and balled out. I am also amazed at Damian's rebound numbers. Hell if you're getting shut down by the "visionary" then its time to do something else than score. Come on "Clutchman!"

I think this has to do a lot with the height of the PG's. Batum is 6'8 and gives the pick and roll up top at a straighter angle, easier for Batum to one get it off and two LMA to see/get it and three the defender not get a hand on it.

With the PG PnR, its more of a bounce pass thing; I rarely see the PG's PnR over the top like Batum does unless its a jump-n-throw. I simply think our PG's are a little short to do those Batum-esque PnR's..

Of course I could be wrong, but this is kinda what I assume is going on.

    Definitely some validity to this.

That said, Dame needs to watch some CP and Dre film

    Agreed, also:
Lillard would be unstoppable if he would learn to jab step pop back for the jumpshot like CP3/Broy/ etc.

I know hes worked on his driving game for this year, now next year we need the mid range shit to come. Excited to see if he can add it to the repertoire.
