Ray Allen has already come out and said that he is not going to play basketball this season.

I'm not against Crabbe, but I think you have to go with Afflalo. Maybe I'm wrong, but I feel Afflalo would be a little annoyed if he doesnt start now. Who knows.

I thought he played really well in that stretch where he started. I think he fits well with the starters more than the bench

    Didn't he play for Oregon??

Why would we grab yet another project? We need vets.

If I remember the name correctly, he was a punk bitch that played for the Ducks for like half of a game and then left and abruptly transferred.

SG was actually our deepest position so I don't think we specifically need another player there. We now start Afflalo, CJ is probably the main SG backup, Gee may get some minutes; Crabbe and Blake can player there too. You can have 13 active players so now we will dress everyone.

If a free agent stands out to Neil as fitting in with our culture sure we could consider adding him but the player will be wearing a suit during games so its not critically important to do it anytime soon. It may be best to wait and see if there is another injury because then we may need to fill in a specific position. We still only have one roster spot available but if we lose a PG for a couple games we might want someone there or if we lose a center we might want the 15th man to be a big. If nobody else gets injured and we waste the 15th roster spot I'll be happy.

I'm starting Gee or Crabbe. Let Afflalo be the go to guy with the twos. Whoever we bring in will just be a practice body since they wouldn't be eligible for the playoffs anyways

Edit: nevermind on the playoff eligibility. Got that wrong.

I say we stay with the bench and use WM as motivation for all the SG's to step up their game.

Dude if I'm giving my cartilage to Roy I demand season tickets for life and a personal driver, that's a fair deal.

+> Squeeze a few more perks. You could get the best seats, lunch and employment with Paul Allen, dates with the cheerleaders and ....(your choice)

    You start Afflalo, not Crabbe.

I don't see us acquiring anybody. It's very hard to pick up a difference-maker this late in the season, unless it's a starting-caliber guy like AAA.

Dorrel Wright had a really nice game. I'd like to see him get some time at SF and have Batum spot a few minutes here and there at SG. Nic is used to covering guards anyway.
