It just amazes the hell out of me when I see this kind of thing. No marches, no protests, no front page news. It really sickens me that no one seems to give a shit when its in reverse.
And like I said aside from the families, no one will ever know about it & the media makes little to no mention because its not big news.
Your Right Rick.... These punk kids, are not taught what they need to be, or taught what they don't need, early on as young kids. For decades now, the growing trend for Single Parents, is to have more kids, to qualify for more Welfare Funds, and Fed allowances, fixed per number of kids per family. Not all people requiring Welfare are bad or scums, not saying that at all. Tho' a high pctg. sure seems to be just that. What I'm trying to say, is how society has changed, where the single parent family with no Fathers in the Home, to teach ethics, morals, discipline, trades, be a positive hard working role model, and security blanket of Love for His kids. All that is missing more often than not. With the loss of the structured now old fashioned 'baby boomer' family dynamics, is the loss or end of the Innocence of American Youths, who so easily, and in constantly larger alarming numbers, per year, month, week, et al. Just my 2 cents, anyone can argue this if they want, tho' I've not the gumption to argue back, perhaps....! Its obvious, and no joke, the Nanny State if the forerunner for the economy and frame of mind for the future is the barometer, then were all fkd....!

How about simply turning back the clock to the Old Wild West, when it was legal to carry a six shooter, just not beyond the Saloon Bar, to the Poker tables, or as our buddy Rick called them in those days Poke-Her tables...... If the guy was armed and killed the suspects he would be sitting in a jail cell right now. That's how screwed up things are right now. You would've heard cries of racism and how the guy didn't need to shoot anybody.
I like that idea as well, but again, people out here in Pennsyltucky are insane... absolutely crazy... and if everyone had guns, road rage would rapidly escalate out of control...
Upon finishing my military career there were three things I swore I'd never repeat. 1. Be a supervisor, would be responsible only for myself. 2. Avoid confrontation when ever possible seen too much on active duty 3. Never pick up a weapon ever again. In light of events in todays world that Mossberg 500 for home defense is looking better every day!
I've got a LA Sheriff Deputy Issue, Mossberg 18" barrel, holds 12 shots, and never has been fired. My Brother's gun, he literally wore out his 1st Mossberg, not an 18", wore out his 1st AR-15 too. I've never met any one but a Soldier who wore a gun out, but then there IS a war going on in American Streets, Veterans of Urban Wars......!!!
Knew this black guy when I was stationed at Fort Myer Virginia who related a story to me about his Uncles house in DC getting broken in to. The person entered the house through a basement window but what he didn't know was that a Doberman resided in the house. The Doberman held silence and when the guy hit the basement floor the Doby was on the perp like stink on shit. I laughed so hard listening I about pissed my pants. And yeh when the cops came, the man was crying over use of force. No sympathy from me, if you enter ones abode uninvited you get what you deserve. Florida has pretty straight up laws on that, if someone enters with no invite and you shoot them you won't be convicted.
Could be... An effing motorcycle tried to force me off the road this morning after riding in front of me with both hands off the handle bars giving me rthe double bird because I put my high beams on after he almost clipped me this morning.... The NJ in me wasn't going to let him intimidate me.... That being said, I didn't want a vehicular homicide on my driving record/insurance nor my conscience... And that was in my first 5 minutes in the car today.... Let's not forget the pickup deciding to enter the highway from a perpendicular side street about 5 car lengths in front of the car in front of me (~5 car lengths) while doing about 60 mph... Nothing like dealing with that biker (high beams for almost clipping me) and then slamming on your brakes before dealing with that biker again (trying to force me off the road)... And then all the other idiots out this morning in spades... And that was all the way to work on a typical morning... And on the way home, getting tailgated while doing 80 in a 55 & then being tailgated by the same bimbo while playing pot hole slalom.... Glad I'm home right now....
