    The Blazers went into rest mode as soon as they clinched the division. If the rules were different how does he know how many more games Portland would have won?

    But overall I kind of agree with him. The rules need to be changed.

    I still think the division winner should be a top 3 seed and have HCA, not their fault the division sucked ;)
