Yep, and to be honest with you, I find the "10%" surprisingly high at first glance. And for some reason, we just don't hear the "numbers" regarding black on white crime including black on white rape/assault compared to white on black of the same. Perhaps the citizens are better off NOT knowing all of these ugly "numbers" at the risk of creating animosity, despair and more prejudice?...or maybe our society can benefit if all of the ugly statistics are brought to light perhaps shaming and embarrassing people into improving their behavior and conduct?
^^^and this part of the same media which is still trying to convince us that Miley fucking Cyrus is both sexy and talented...as well as trying makes us believe that the Kardasians and Jenners are newsworthy.
I actually disagree.... As long as it is of interest and receiving as much attention, people will continue to do these despicable things to get that attention...

No, but the word is used to shut down the discussion. The blood of half a million men 150 years ago addressed that injustice. Anotherc100 years of culture change and we have reached equal ground for 50 years. The more ground is viewed uneven, the more the black youth is being victimized by their own. My solution is to adopt 2 yr mandatory (no exceptions) military service at 18. HS dropouts get 1 yr forced her, then 2 yr service. Pull these kids out of their element and break them down and build them back up. Just like other countries, volunteers get a different track from the professional military volunteers.
