    It used to be 5 minutes per 1st-round pick. Apparently they changed it to 7 minutes. Is that official? Because it's been consistent tonight.

    After the 4:00 draft started at 4:41, I timed the initial picks at 7 minutes each. Expecting 5 minutes after that, I expected the Portland pick #23 to occur at 6:34. It's now 6:38 and they may do pick #18 any minute now if we're lucky.
