    It's tough because the stages of grief usually apply to someone dying; they don't really cover the corner case of someone dying, then coming to life briefly, then dying again.

    I'd say you never really left anger. :D

    Yes, in July 2013 when he said he wasn't re-signing with Portland, and last year when he declined a max extension. I imagine the exit interview this year was interesting.
