    Pop will probably retire when Duncan does.

    A plan? I guess I'm the only guy in here that is expected to do anything and everything for the company. (btw that is the culture SA has created). I'm a crane operator and sometimes i work at 5 pm and some times I hafto be there at 1 am... dont tell me what ppl can't do if they want to.
