    I don't think they will. They can open up max cap space next off-season if they just let Wallace expire, so I doubt they're going to want to push any of his money into next year. They'll pay the luxury tax for one season, but even a $5 million reduction in salary amounts to a fair amount of savings when the luxury tax is factored in.

    From what I've read, this would save the Warriors around $13-15 million in taxes, on top of the $5.5 million in salary. So it could be up to a $20.5 million savings.
